In this area you can view your current orders and delete them (green and red buttons respectively).
Orders get recorded in this area on all store modes (e.g. WhatsApp mode)
In this area you can view any of your order's details:
- Time: Shows order date and time (GMT time zone)
- ID: This field is generated when an order is made. Use it to match and verify orders made on WhatsApp or SMS modes
- Selling option: Pickup, Delivery or None (for digital sales)
- Mode: Your store's chosen mode when the order was sent
- Name: Your customer's name
- Phone number: Your customer's phone number
- Cart items
- Delivery charge
- Payable: Shows the order total payable amount
- Order status: Choose the status of the order (Open or Closed).
Payment status: Choose the order's payment status (Pending, In Process, Completed). Orders with Completed and In Process status are highlighted in the My orders area.
The payment status gets updated automatically when a payment processor store mode is selected (e.g. Paypal, Stripe or Mercado Pago).
- Delivery location: Shows a map with your customer's delivery location. Open the location in Google Maps by clicking the Open in google maps link.
