Initial set-up for agencies

Here are the first steps for creating your own service.

Sign up and subscribe to our Agency plan in the agency signup page.

Once you login, you will be greeted with the agency dashboard.

This form is for the initial set up of your service. Once the data is submitted, we set up your new service website with that information.

  • Your service URL field. Enter your domain or subdomain you want to use for your service. For example:

    • If the domain example.com is entered, your service pages will be:
      • example.com/login.php (for user logins)
      • example.com/signup.php (for user signups)
      • example.com/store (for user stores)
    • If the domain app.example.com is entered, your service pages will be:
      • app.example.com/login.php (for user logins)
      • app.example.com/signup.php (for user signups)
      • app.example.com/store (for user stores)

    If a root domain (for example mydomain.com) is used, a redirection can be set so that requests to mydomain.com/index.php get redirected to a landing page of your choosing (for example app.mydomain.com). Web hosting for landing and marketing pages is not included with the agency plan.

  • Your service name: This field is for providing the name of your brand for the initial setup (Example: Kiripp). It shows in the footer of the customer pages. This name can be changed after the initial set up from within your admin dashboard.

  • Service email for customer support This field is for the email address for customer support purposes. It shows in the footer of the customer pages. This field can be changed after the initial set up from within your admin dashboard.

    Note

    For deliverability purposes, a custom email, different from the one specified here will be used for service emails such as new user registration and password recovery email messages. If you prefer to use your own email account for this purpose contact us to info@kiripp.com providing your email credentials.

Warning

After the initial set up process is completed, the access information will appear here. Allow up to 2 business days after the information is submitted for your page to be ready.

  • Server IP (for DNS): This field is for setting up your DNS setting in your domain's control panel. Once the IP is specified an "A" type record linking the IP to the Agency domain must be created in order for your service to be available. Write us to info@kiripp.com if you need help setting up your domain.
  • Your agency URL: This field shows your service URL. Refer to this record for the DNS configuration.
  • Login ID: Login ID for the administrator account in your service page.
  • Temporary password Password for the administrator account in your service page. Can be changed with the password of your choosing from the admin dashboard.

After the initial set up is completed you will have 2 accounts: One for kiripp.com, used for your Agency plan subscription, and an administrator account in your white label service address.
