Store settings

In this area you can customize your store's presentation, features and other settings.

Basic Settings

Basic settings

  • Store name: The name of your store. Required for the store page to work.
  • Store address: The address of your store or restaurant.
  • Store description: Add any additional information regarding your business here. This information is shown in the store header area.
  • Phone number (for receiving calls): Enter your business phone number. This information is shown in the in the store information modal (optional field)

  • Instagram profile URL: If you have an Instagram profile, enter it in this field. It will show an icon linking to your Instagram page in your store header area.

  • Facebook profile URL: If you have a Facebook profile, enter it in this field. It will show an icon linking to your Facebook page in your store header area.

Require customer registration

Enable this setting to require customer registration during the checkout process of their first purchase. Once registered, your customers can easily login to their control panel to check their past orders and make repeat orders from your store without having to enter ehrit information each time.

Tip

Enable this setting if you have repeat followers and customers (e.g. A restaurant).

Store modes

Choose the store mode according to your needs. This setting affects the checkout process

WhatsApp

When this mode is selected, a WhatsApp message with the order information is generated when the checkout form is completed. The customer then will send this message to complete the order.

SMS

It works in a similar way to the WhatsApp mode, but instead of using WhatsApp for the order message, it uses SMS.

Mobile number (to receive orders)

Email

When selected, an Email message with the order information is sent to the store owner when the checkout form is completed. This mode does not require WhatsApp or SMS to work.

  • Email address for notifications: Enter an email address for sending order notifications.

PayPal

When selected, PayPal Checkout is enabled for accepting payments online. Orders are generated only when the payment is made. A PayPal business account is required.

Mercado Pago

When selected, Mercado Pago is enabled for accepting payments online.

Store settings

Store settings

  • Store language: The preferred language of your store. (If set to Automatic, it will use the language of your customer's browser)
  • Store currency: The currency and localization of your prices. Affects numbering and decimal formats according to the chosen country.
  • Payment instructions: Enter a text with optional payments instructions for your customers. Shows in the order message (WhatsApp and SMS modes only).
  • Delivery charge: Enter the desired delivery charge in number format (without symbols or other characters)
  • Minimum order amount: Enter the desired minimum order amount in number format (without symbols or other characters)
  • Tax %: Enter a tax amount in number format (without symbols or other characters) to be calculated and added to any given order.
  • Selling options: Choose the desired selling options. Affects the delivery options shown in your store or restaurant page.
    • Pickup: Pick up option shows in the checkout form
    • Delivery: Delivery option shows in the checkout form
    • Both: Show Delivery and Pickup selector at the checkout screen.
    • None: Does not show Pickup or Delivery option/selector. Select this option for digital sales.

Presentation

Presentation settings

  • Logo: Upload the store's logo image. Recommended size: 500x500px
  • Cover image: Upload the store's cover image. Recommended size: 1500x4700px.

    Tip

    The cover image presentation changes according to the chosen theme.

  • Primary color: The chosen primary color of your store.

  • Secondary color: The chosen secondary color of your store.
  • Primary background color: The chosen primary background color of your store.
  • Secondary background color: The chosen secondary background color of your store.
  • Primary text color: The chosen primary text color of your store.
  • Secondary text color: The chosen secondary text color of your store.
  • Store theme: The chosen theme of your store.

    Tip

    Test your store with all available themes to choose the theme best suited to your store's needs.

  • Reset colors: Click to reset your store's colors to their default values.

Store location

Location settings

  • Location map: Select your store location on the map. Records the chosen location and zoom level.
  • Service area: Select your area of service. This setting allows showing your customers your chosen service area in the store information modal.

Opening schedule

Opening schedule

  • Current status: Show the current store opening status and set time according to the selected timezone.
  • Schedule: Choose your store schedule. Days are clickable to turn off ordering for the day.
  • Timezone: Select the timezone of your country.
  • Receive orders when store is closed: When this option is unchecked, the order button will be unavailable outside of your opening times.

Advanced

Advanced settings

  • Change store URL: Use this field to personalize your store URL with any name available. Avoid using special characters or spaces.
  • Custom domain (CNAME): In this field you can use your own domain with your Kiripp store. In order for this to work you must have a registered domain name with full access to its DNS settings. To use this feature follow these steps:
    • Enter any subdomain of your choosing in the CNAME field. For example, if your registered domain is mydomain.com you can enter store.mydomain.com Note: CNAME records only work with subdomains.
    • Go to your domain's DNS settings and add a CNAME type record:
      • HOSTNAME: store.mydomain.com or store (this changes between the different registrars, check their documentation)
      • TYPE: CNAME
      • ADDRESS / VALUE: hosted.kiripp.com
  • Facebook Pixel ID: Enter your Facebook Pixel ID for campaign tracking.
  • Google Analytics ID: Enter your Google Analytics ID for analytics tracking.
